His achievements include administrative process redesign and optimization, dramatic inventory reductions, supplier base consolidation, and enhanced product flow, contributing to substantial gains in efficiency, process lead-time reduction resulting in increased profitability, improved customer satisfaction with a strong ROI. He facilitates organizations through new product development and introduction for a flawless launch. As President and CEO of KUNST Solutions Corp. for the last 19 years, he consults globally, helping organizations achieve operational excellence. Richard is also a respected speaker and was instrumental in establishing Lean initiatives in Canada, USA, Australia and the United Kingdom.
