New Year, New Beginnings

Excellence cannot be prescribed with a simple recipe. Your recipe of excellence will be uniquely yours, tailored to your culture, your business and your Industry sector. We need you to decide on the flavor.

Most recipes begin with a foundation of flour. Although you can select from a wide array of flour we suggest that you start with our proprietary Daily Management. We have spent over 20 years perfecting our methodology so that it alone will start to deliver results immediately. Consider this as the hub of your excellence journey. It has the appearance of being simple and perhaps easily replicated, but our years of experience and facilitation will allow you to optimize the methodology. Our kit comes complete, except for the KPI's which we will develop with you. https://www.kunstsolutions.com/product-page/report-out-kit-portable

Start with flour and then add the ingredients to make it unique whether it be a loaf of bread or a cake.

Get settled using Daily Management, believe me you will be busy for the first couple of months and then you can blend in some other attributes like:

The above methodologies will become the operating infrastructure of your operation. Most important is not to rush implementation or you will only achieve a veneer application. Take notice and closely monitor the "Culture Speed of Absorption".

I can never understand why many Leaders fear to train the team. Maybe they fear if they train the team they will leave, but worse is if you don't train them and they stay !

Mariela and I are raving fans of using Action Teams. We work with Teams to pick a topic or area of improvement, we develop a team charter and of course a KPI to monitor as we achieve success. Action Teams meet usually weekly for updates, knowledge transfer while updating their Action Item Lists. Between meetings I am always amazed how the team finds time to complete those Action Items.

When it comes to Knowledge Transfer we believe in providing training that is relevant and can be applied immediately to deliver results. When we facilitate Knowledge Transfer modules our mantra is always "Learn, Apply, Audit" and once we know about your business it is important for us to build "Bridges of Understanding" between the Knowledge Transfer and your Business.

Now, you may not know what you do not know ... and our purpose is to provide thought Starters ... so here is a partial list of topics we can provide training for. Training can be delivered in person, on site (preferred) or virtually.

Feel free to connect with us for additional information or clarification. Many of the modules can be delivered in less than a day with follow-up sessions for auditing purposes that the Knowledge Transfer was effective and to provide additional coaching and facilitation.

We suggest you train your team assuming they are going to stay to make your business operate better, more effectively with higher engagement and less friction.
